The Business Manager keeps this team running efficiently by staying organized, being resourceful, and solving conflicts in all areas of the company. They can take on HR Manager tasks because of their natural people skills. Even through adversity, they can keep a positive attitude while being adaptable to new situations.

The Business Manager is responsible for setting the priorities of the team, strategizing for internal and external projects, a bit of marketing supporting, and managing our back of the house obligations like inventory, logistics, etc.

Additionally, knowledge of the Audio/Video Industry is a plus.

  • Focuses the team towards the right priorities

  • Preps, Plans, and Strategizes every business-related project with a sense of the bigger picture in mind

  • Analyzes profits and keeps accurate financial reports while managing the bookkeeper

  • Stays up to date with Compliance, Insurance, State licensing Requirements, and Bank obligations

  • Maintains strong Written and Verbal Communication

  • Maintains detailed KPI Reporting/Paperwork

  • Participates in Trade Shows and Plans Industry Events

  • Manages accounting for budgets, goals, and financial results

  • Maintains HR responsibilities

  • Helps support the company marketing efforts via their excellent management skills
