Roles & Responsibilities
Determine if a call is service or sales related and route it accordingly
Ask good questions, actively listen, and be technically competent to uncover needs
Follow-up/follow-through commitments and maintain customer/client satisfaction and accounts
Consistently grow relationships by being on proactive outreach for new leads and relationships
Provide clear and precise written/verbal communication to the team and customers/clients.
Add value to items while creating technological contentment for the customer/client.
Grow new and existing business
Increase topline sales by .5million annually starting at 1million.
Maintain a gross profit margin of 40-42% on hardware
Develop COIs and relationships
